Relentless Tactical Lifetime Warranty

Coverage

Relentless Tactical ("Company") stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products ("Products") and warrants them to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Coverage is valid for products purchased in the United States only.

Exclusions from Coverage

This warranty does not cover products purchased from unauthorized resellers or those purchased outside of the United States.

Warranty Duration

Our lifetime warranty remains effective for the lifetime of the original owner, subject to the terms and conditions outlined here.

Proof of Purchase

A valid proof of purchase is required to initiate a warranty claim. Acceptable proofs include:

• Order number from online purchases made through Amazon or Relentless Tactical
  
  
• Receipt of money transfer and confirmation of the original shipping address, if applicable
  
  

Claim Procedure

- The buyer must provide sufficient proof of purchase.
- The defective item must be returned using only the prepaid shipping label provided by Relentless Tactical. (Using any other shipping method or label may void the claim.)
- If we request the defective item to be returned, warranties on replacement items are voided if the wrong item is returned or if the defective item is not returned.

Remedies

If a Product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will:

• Repair the Product using new or refurbished parts, or
  
  
• Replace the Product with a new or refurbished item, or
  
  
• If repair or replacement isn't feasible, offer a full refund of the original purchase price
  
  

Shipping Costs

The buyer is responsible for shipping costs in the following cases:

• Returning products for reasons other than a proven defect
  
  
• Warranty claims for items taken outside the original country of purchase
  
  
• Accidental returns by the buyer
  
  
• Returning personal items
  
  
• Returns of items claimed defective but found to be in working condition
  
  
• Returning defective items from outside the U.S.
  
  
• Any unauthorized returns made outside the approved warranty process
  
  

Further Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

• Cosmetic wear that doesn’t impact product functionality
  
  
• Damage from normal wear and tear
  
  
• Damage caused by tampering, alterations, misuse, or abuse
  
  
• Use of the product for purposes other than its intended use
  
  
• Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  
  
• Lost or stolen products
  
  
• Non-quality-related issues
  
  
• Free products
  
  
• Clearance items (knowingly purchased as "used" or with defects)
  
  

Important Note on Leather

At Relentless Tactical, we proudly craft our products exclusively from premium full grain leather — the highest quality leather available.

Full grain leather comes from the top layer of the hide and retains all of its natural character.

Natural markings, variations in grain, small scars, and minor imperfections are part of what make each product unique.

While we carefully select the best hides for our products, some natural imperfections will exist and are not considered defects.

They are a testament to the authenticity, strength, and rugged character of real full grain leather.

Limitation of Damages

Except where prohibited by applicable law, Relentless Tactical shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, or data, resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or any other legal theory, even if Relentless Tactical has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights depending on your state or country.

This warranty is governed by the laws of the state where Relentless Tactical is headquartered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
