The holster works well with my S&W 642. It took a little bit to find the perfect placement on my waist, but after some adjustments and using the two bottom slots it is very comfortable. While the website recommends a leather belt, I tried it with both leather and elastic. I found that the elastic belt actually did a good job of keeping it in place. That little bit of give you get when sitting down or bending over was more comfortable than the tightness I felt from the more unforgiving leather belt. Only knock I would say I have is that the trigger is still slightly exposed when the gun is seated firmly inside the holster. It should guard it enough to prevent any problems, but the added confidence of knowing there is no way anything could catch the trigger would be preferable in my book. Relentless tactical will definitely be on the top of my list for future purchases.
